Damages
This part of the statement is applicable to all the products available on our
website unless stated otherwise. Mahavir impex do not offer any refunds (we will
let you know if this change.) We are more than happy to look at your request for
replacement upon receiving damaged products after receiving your request.
Kindly ensure that you place the request immediately after receiving the order in
case of damages (>3% of the order) with detailed pictures and videos. Please
note that we are not responsible for improper installations, and cannot process
replacements after the tile has been soaked in water for application and before
installation. For more information, please read the exclusion criteria for damages
policy here.
Mahavir impex is 100% committed to resolving all genuine damage complaints.
While meticulous checks are performed before the shipment is loaded till the last
checkpoint, we understand grievances may occur during the shipping process.
When notified, our team will get back to you at the earliest with the most efficient
resolution of the problem. This process may include an inspection conducted by
one of our executives with a site visit. Followed by the visit and, based on the
evaluated status of the item, a proper course of action can be defined and we will
provide the updates.
Order Cancellations
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered under any
circumstances. Therefore, we urge you to speak to your contractors for detailed
information on the measurements, technical aspects of the construction, your
shortlisted options including colours, material, and design, as well as the quantity
of the order so we can make your shopping experience with us as smooth and
seamless as possible.
The shipment will be considered abandoned property if
● refused at the time of delivery, or
● delays in transportation because of unforeseen circumstances.
Batch Variation
Batch variation refers to the variations in the colors and tones of the tiles. The
differences arise due to unknown causes, (even when the raw materials are
procured from the same location) and the protocol is followed to the T. This is
completely natural in the manufacturing process. The highest degrees of
variation in full body vitrified tiles. Therefore, we recommend that the entire order
is placed at once so we can ship your order from the same batch.
Warranty
Following are the terms for warranty:
● For tiles, stone cladding and brick cladding products, no complaints will be
entertained after the product is installed. For any technical complaints,
kindly raise the issue before installation.
● Once notified, please stop the installation
● A Mahavir impex executive will visit the site on our behalf
● Evaluation and followed by replacement
● Damaged products>> refer to damage policy above
● Washbasins: There are no warranties on washbasins.
● For kitchen sinks, the warranty is as per the T&C of the manufacturer.
